Paris-based asset manager Amundi has launched a global corporate ETF with an initial investment from the Latin American Reserve Fund, Fondo Latinoamericano de Reservas.
The Ucits fund aims to replicate the Bloomberg MSCI Global Corporate A+ ESG Sustainability SRI 1-5 Year Index.
The ETF provides exposure to highest rated corporate credit issuers with a minimum credit rating of A- and an MSCI ESG Rating of BBB or higher.
In a statement Amundi said the fund would help Central Banks achieve their responsible investment objectives by addressing requirements such as transparency, diversification and performance.
Gaëtan Delculee, Amundi’s global head of digital distribution and ETF sales, said: “We believe Central Banks have a key role in shaping sustainable frameworks and we are proud to partner with FLAR to develop an innovative ESG solution adapted to their needs”.
