Abrdn has appointed Dan Grandage as the chief sustainability officer, investments, reporting to Peter Branner, chief investment officer.
Grandage will lead the global sustainable and active ownership strategy, ensuring sustainability continues to be integrated and considered a core part of the investment process to help deliver risk-adjusted returns.

He has worked in sustainable investing for over twenty-five years, with over ten of these at Abrdn, most recently integrating Abrdn’s approach to sustainable investing across both public and private assets.
Grandage replaced Amanda Young, who left the business at the end of April 2024.
