MJ Hudson adopts governance software for growth
Asset management consultancy MJ Hudson is to adopt Promapp Solutions, which provides cloud-based mapping software to document processes.
The technology facilitates compliance, mitigates operational risk and establishes a governance framework.
MJ Hudson – which provides infrastructure support to fund managers and investors that control in total £700 billion of assets – is also to use the technology to service a larger volume of clients in line with its expansion plans.
FRS expands tool for Priips KIDs
Dublin-based Financial Risk Solutions (FRS), which provides investment administration and software for compliance oversight, has expanded its Invest|GRC tool to focus on the Priips regulation.
The Priips module offers support for Key Investor Document management, including a calculation engine and reporting tool.
Secure Chinese connectivity
Two technology firms are participating to help investors communicate more securely in Chinese financial markets.
IPC Systems, which provides communications infrastructure, is collaborating with OneAsia, a data centre provider that provides connectivity across Chinese financial centres.
