Europe’s largest asset manager Amundi has reshuffled its multi-asset team, bringing in Laurent Tignard (pictured) and changing Raphaël Sobotka’s role.
Tignard was previously chief executive at Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management and will head multi-assets for institutional clients at Amundi.
Sobotka is now head of multi-assets for retail clients. He joined Amundi in 2014, initially working in multi-asset management for institutional clients.
Both will report to Vincent Mortier, global head of multi-asset and deputy chief investment officer at Amundi.
Tignard’s role will be to develop tailor-made services such as fiduciary platforms, management of dedicated mandates and asset allocation advisory services for the firm’s institutional clients. Sobotka is tasked with offering advisory services and savings solutions to retail investors.
The firm describes both Tignard and Sobotka as experienced investment professionals.
Amundi has total assets of over €1 trillion, of which multi-assets account for €100 billion.
